An Invitation into the Stillness

My work is a quiet refuge born from a lifetime of paying attention, shaped through more than two decades of transformational conversations, recovery work, leadership environments, personal development, and witnessing people navigate profound life challenges. This depth of lived experience has taught me that the most meaningful shifts occur when we stop trying to fix ourselves, which is why I offer private deep listening sessions and my introductory founding client invitation to individuals everywhere through a completely remote practice.

I bring my full presence, maturity, and undivided attention to these confidential, one-on-one conversations, offering a slow-paced environment where you do not need to perform or defend your choices, but can instead face what has been waiting beneath the surface of your daily life. If you feel ready to step into this private space and speak your personal truth, I invite you to reach out to me directly to book your time at [email protected].

A Lifetime of Attention

I did not construct this practice from textbooks, blueprints, or corporate seminars. The capacity to sit with another human being in absolute stillness is something I acquired slowly, across more than two decades of transformational conversations, recovery work, and deep personal development.

My real education came from the hours spent in quiet rooms, holding spaces within various leadership environments, and simply witnessing people navigate profound life challenges. Over those twenty years, I grew less interested in the noise of strategies and more attuned to what happens when the pressure to perform is completely removed. This work is the distillation of everything those decades taught me about how we reveal who we truly are.

The Origin of This Space

I established Lola Von Listening because I realized how difficult it is for capable, highly responsible people to find a sanctuary that demands nothing from them. The modern world is filled with spaces that ask you to improve, to optimize, or to fix what is broken.

This practice is my quiet alternative. It is a private practice built on the simple, radical belief that a single conversation can serve as an intervention. I created this space for those who know their lives work beautifully on paper, but who are ready to sit with someone who can hear the essential things left unsaid.
